The Macoya Industrial Park is located immediately off of the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway on the Macoya Road and the Park has many large industries, factories, manufacturers, etc. and even includes the famous Centre of Excellence.  It is located approximately 25 minutes from Port of Spain, 5 minutes from Trincity and 20 minutes from Arima.  It is also a mere 10 minutes from Piarco International Airport which is important for imports and exports using air cargo transportation.

This property is divided into 2 large buildings.  The first building is facing the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway and has 2 floors and will be available for occupancy from June, 2022.  The second building is ready for occupancy immediately and is 4 storeys high and can be accessed off of Century Eslon Road and right into the 2nd side street at the bottom of that road.  Prices will be worked out on the size of the rental space that is taken in either building. Alternatively, the buildings may also be sold either together or separately.

The front building is close to Standard Distributors and Massy Distributors along with other large factories. It is a wholesale/retail outlet for marble and granite products and many other items. The ground floor is where there is the main activity and there are 2 main offices with the rest of the building mainly open plan or separated from other open plan areas of the structure.  Presently, there is an approx. 6,500 sq. ft. warehouse space available for immediate occupancy in the front building with the asking price of $4.00 per sq. ft.

The second building is a much newer, more modern building that is mainly open plan in its layout but built for offices and it has 2 large warehouse spaces of approx. 5,000 sq. ft. each.  The office space can be for either one or different offices and they can be separated in several ways.
