Mafeking Village is just outside of the main Mayaro town as if heading back to Rio Claro.  It encompasses quite a big area as some of the homes in the area are spread far apart, while others are nearer to their neighbours.  This parcel of land is found easier if one follows the Mafeking Branch Road off of the Mafeking Main Road, following the sign to Mefeking Cemetery a couple of miles along the Branch Road.  Once the large “Mafeking Cemetery” sign is seen turn left and then immediately right again into North West Road.

The parcel of land is 200 feet deep and approx. 50 feet of road frontage making it 10010.4 sq.ft. residential land and sits about 2 parcels away from the corner house and is across the road from the neighbours.  It’s a lovely, quiet country area that seems to also be very fertile and would make a great permanent or country home  for the right buyer.
